Activities:

Executing and managing the
policy of cooperation to
development, construction of peace and humanitarian
action
of the Generalitat
de Catalunya.

Managing the
economical and material
resources destined to cooperation to development, construction of peace
and humanitarian
action
-
Advising the Administration of the
Generalitat about the
planning of the Catalan
policy of cooperation
to
development, construction of peace and humanitarian
action.
-
Making public calls for awarding
grants and funding of
projects from cooperation to development, construction of peace and
humanitarian
action.
-
Advising and giving support to public and private entities
that exercise
activities of
cooperation to
development, construction of peace and humanitarian
action.
-
Designing and executing projects and actions of cooperation to
development, construction of peace and humanitarian action, including the
area of training, civic sensitization and broadcasting.

Agreeing on agreements and contracts with public and private people and
constituting or participating in entities provided with juridical
personality.

Any
other function that the Government of the Generalitat entrusts or
assigns.

And,
for delegation of the secretary of Outer Cooperation, coordinating the
help and cooperation to development offered from the departments and
organizations of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
